Shipping policy
At Milton & Goose, we are committed to environmental sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. As part of our dedication to eco-conscious practices, we have implemented a shipping policy that emphasizes consolidated shipping for orders with multiple items.
When you place an order with multiple items, our fulfillment team carefully selects and packages all the products together where possible. We ensure that each item is properly protected to maintain its quality during transit while minimizing packaging waste. In some cases, depending on product lead time, there may be a slight delay before your complete order is shipped. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances.
Certain items, such as oversized products, may require separate packaging and shipping due to their unique handling requirements. In such cases, we will take necessary precautions to ensure the safe delivery of these items while still striving to minimize our environmental impact.
If there is a significant delay beyond our stated lead time, we will proactively communicate with you to provide updates on the status of your order. Shipping within the Continental USA
Standard ground shipping is free for orders over $100 that ship within the continental US; for orders under $100, a flat fee of $8.95 applies. Standard ground shipping will be provided by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Some items are subject to a special handling fee due to the size and weight of the package. These items are noted in the shipping description of the product page, and the fee will be added at checkout.
All wallpaper orders are subject to a flat fee of $9.00 for standard ground shipping.
The Terry Console ships via an LTL carrier with threshold delivery (delivery to your doorstep). Due to the size and weight of the package, a special handling fee applies. The LTL carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. If the delivery cannot be completed at the scheduled time, the customer will be responsible for any additional fees.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available for a fee. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. To obtain a quote to ship the Terry Console to Alaska or Hawaii please reach out to customer service at hello@miltonandgoose.com.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is available via UPS Standard or USPS. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout in accordance with local Canadian tariff policies. All shipments* are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means that duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase and remitted directly to Canadian customs, ensuring a smooth delivery with no additional fees due upon arrival.
Please note that Milton & Goose does not determine these fees; duties and taxes are calculated based on Canadian import regulations and may vary by province. For more information, please see Canada Border Services Agency.
*Orders for wallpaper will be shipped via Delivered at Place (DAP). This means that duties and taxes are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. that may be required by your country for importing consumer goods.

Shipping to APO or FPO
Shipping is available for a fee via USPS to APO or FPO addresses for small items. Some items are not eligible to ship to APO or FPO addresses due to the large package size. These items are noted in the shipping description of the product page. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
