At Milton & Goose, we stand by our quality and craftsmanship. We know kids can be rough on their toys, and though our toys and furniture are among the sturdiest and most durable on the market, we want to make sure you and your children will be able to enjoy them for many years to come. That's why we offer a 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty to cover any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty ensures your product remains in full operational condition for two years from the date of purchase. Please note, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or care, or acts of God (such as a fire or flood).
Who’s Covered?
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of a Milton & Goose product, whether purchased directly from us or through an approved retailer. However, please note that orders placed with an approved retailer are not eligible for refunds or partial refunds through Milton & Goose. For these matters, customers must contact the retailer directly.
Proof of Purchase
For all warranty claims, proof of purchase is required. Acceptable forms of proof include:
- A packing slip
- An order confirmation
- An order number
Hand-Me-Downs & Second-Hand Purchases
At Milton & Goose, we believe in the longevity of our products and value keeping them out of landfills. We encourage our customers to save their pieces for future generations, pass them on to another family, or sell them second-hand when their time with the product is complete. While our warranty doesn't extend to second-hand purchases, we want to help you get your item ready to play! Contact our knowledgeable team at support@miltonandgoose.com and we’ll do our best to assist you in getting your piece back into like-new condition. We offer a variety of options such as touch-up kits and purchasable replacement parts to bring back the beauty and functionality of your item.
For these services, we require proof of ownership, which may include:
- A photo of the manufacture date on the product
- A photo of the product in your home
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you need to make a warranty claim, please email support@miltonandgoose.com with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (packing slip, order confirmation, or order number)
- A detailed description of the issue with your product
