If you're not 100% happy with your product, you can return it for free within 45 days.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Your item must be in its original packaging.
  • It should be unused, undamaged, and in good condition.
  • The item must have been purchased directly from Milton & Goose.

Return Process: 

  1. Send an email to our dedicated customer support team at to request a return. Please include your original order number or the email address used for the purchase. 
  2. A member of our team will send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions on how to ship the item back to us. 
  3. Just drop off the package with the attached label at your nearest UPS store.

Return Shipping:

We've got you covered! Return shipping is on us for all eligible returns.


Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 3-5 days. A refund will be issued to your original payment method*. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

*Please note: Oversized package fees, expedited shipping fees, and shipping fees to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada are non-refundable.
