When is the special pricing available?
Our special event pricing is valid from May 21, 2025, through May 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
Do I need a discount code?
No code needed! Special pricing is automatically applied to qualifying items in your cart.
Can I use additional discount codes?
Discount codes cannot be combined with special event pricing. Rest assured, you're receiving our best prices of the season.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, but shipping times may vary by product. Check the product page for specific fulfillment details.
What is your return policy?

Do you offer a warranty?

Do you offer price adjustments on previous purchases?
We do not offer price adjustments. Special event pricing is only valid on orders placed between May 21–28, 2025 (11:59 PM EST).
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.
If you've made a mistake, email us at support@miltonandgoose.com. While we can't guarantee changes before shipment, we’ll do our best to help.
Will you have other promotions?
We only offer special event pricing a couple times per year. We recommend shopping during this event to take advantage of the savings and get your items sooner.
I missed the promotion. Can I still get the discount?
We’re unable to extend special event pricing beyond the promotion window. To stay in the loop for future special event pricing, sign up for our email list.
What if I did not receive an order confirmation email but show a charge on my card?
Start by checking your spam or promotions folder to see if the email landed there. If you still don’t see an order confirmation, please email us at support@miltonandgoose.com and include your shipping address.
We’ll be happy to look into it and confirm whether your order went through. If it didn’t, the charge you see is likely a pending transaction, which will automatically drop off within a few business days—depending on your payment provider’s policies.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received that email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam and promotions folders. Still don’t see it? Feel free to reach out!
